Off to see “Year One”

Off to see “Year One”

So tonight I am heading out to see Year One. I saw The Hangover last week and was in tears I was laughing so much. The Hangover was, “Laugh Out Loud Funny” soo Year One has a lot to live up to or down to depending on your view of that humor style.

I’ll have to give my review after I see the movie, what shall I call my rating system? Hmmm….

Michael Jackson, The King of Pop

Michael Jackson, The King of Pop

Another iconic, legend goes seemingly to early. Michael Jackson, suddenly dying, only weeks before the, what was to be historic and amazing, 50-date european ‘tour’. His music was and is timeless. He is the King of Pop.

Michael had his problems, no doubt, but his music found its way through any and all ear canals. If everyone is honest with themselves they will no doubtedly admit to loving at the minimum 2-3 MJ songs.

If you were lucky enough to see a live show I highly doubt you were disappointed.

The King of Pop, gone to early along with the others, Lennon, Elvis, 2Pac, Biggie, Cobain, and on and on…

Things that may only Humor Me: The phrase “Laugh Out Loud Funny”

Things that may only Humor Me: The phrase “Laugh Out Loud Funny”

What does laugh out loud funny exactly do? It’s just confusing, inside the brain thinking quietly and pondering, confusing. How else is there to laugh without being “out loud”?

Can you laugh, “out quiet”?

To laugh you have to make some sort of noise, thus meaning it is loud or at least audible.

Perhaps the phrase should be reworked to something like, ‘laugh pee your pants funny” or “laugh till there are tears coming down my face funny”

maybe those don’t work, maybe lough out loud funny is all there is to use, it humours me out loud that this is indeed a phrase, but in our english language, it is one of many.
